Property Video Shooting Hours: Standard property video shoots will be conducted during daylight hours to ensure optimal lighting conditions.

Drone Usage: Drone footage will only be utilized in areas without flight restrictions and is subject to weather conditions.

Editing Services: One edit request is included in our standard package. Standard production music will be provided for the video. Additional editing requests may incur extra charges.

Property Size and Location: Additional charges may apply for large properties or properties situated further away from our central locations.

Photography Services: Photography services include drone shots when available. Editing is limited to touch-ups and sky replacement if necessary. Additional charges apply for major editing such as object removal, furniture staging, or grass replacement.

Floor Plans: Standard package includes a 2D floor plan. Higher standard or 3D floor plans are available at an additional cost.

Additional Costs: Any additional services or edits beyond the standard package will be charged at a rate of $100 per hour. Travel expenses outside of the Central Coast or Newcastle areas will be charged at the standard travel rate of 87 cents per kilometer.

Property Preparation: Properties are expected to be well presented and clean prior to the videographer or photographer's arrival. Our team is not responsible for cleaning up or moving items around the property.
